Service Description
[Minimum of 2 months between sessions] The Second Session takes place in a more relaxed environment implementing a freer conversational style and improvisational exercises curated by your spirit team as a continuation of the work started in the first session. The focus remains on trust, communication and collaboration with your loved ones on the other side. Only Guests who attended the First Session together with you can share a Second Session. First-time clients must have a first-time reading. This is not a psychic reading. This is not a session to get answers about the past, nor to ask questions about the future. This is an opportunity to connect, listen and collaborate with your spirit team in a present tense, forward facing manner.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: All scheduled sessions are fully refundable (minus all processing/transaction fees) up to 48 hours prior to appointment time. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are refundable minus a $80.00 cancellation fee. All refunds are made to the original card on file. No cash refunds. RESCHEDULING: Clients are able to reschedule a total of only two (2) appointments. Clients can reschedule the first time with at least a 48 hr. advance notification. Appointments rescheduled with less than a 48 hr. advance notification will incur a $40 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling a second time is allowed with 48 hrs. advanced notice of the previously rescheduled appointment. If a second appointments is rescheduled with less than 48 hours, a $60 rescheduling fee will be charged prior to the reading. All rescheduled appointments must be completed within 90 days of the original set appointment. If a reading needs to be rescheduled or refunded after it has started, rescheduling or refunding will be worked out together in good conscience and in good faith. NO SHOWS: Appointments missed without any prior notification or cancellation will not be refunded, but can be rescheduled with $80 rescheduling fee. All appointments are considered NO SHOWS after 15 minutes past the scheduled start time if no advanced notification is acknowledged directly with Marcel Cairo prior to scheduled start time. All rescheduling must be done within 90 days of original appointment. DISPUTES: All disputes about completed readings must be submitted in written form within two days after the scheduled reading. Disputes will be handled fairly and judiciously, however, Marcel Cairo shall not be held legally or financially responsible for subjective opinions. A MEDIUM, NOT A PSYCHIC. Marcel Cairo works strictly as a science-based medium practicing evidence-driven communication. A first session with Marcel is not a Q&A for Spirit to answer all your nagging questions, fulfill your requests for clarity or even give you life path direction. The sole purpose of a first session is to bring you closer to your loved ones with validations and inspiration. To ensure an authentic and honest experience, client questions are only permitted after the reading has concluded.
